EIMBox Educational Institution Management System • User Data & Privacy Management
This Account Deletion Policy explains how users of the EIMBox School Management System can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
This service is operated by “EIMBox” for registered educational institutions including schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical institutions.
Only authorized users (students, teachers, guardians, administrators, or institution staff) who are associated with a registered institution can request account deletion.
In most operational scenarios, final account deletion and record disassociation are managed in coordination with the respective educational institution authority.
Users can easily submit an official account deletion request using the secure self-service portal below:

Upon verification and approval, the following user data will be permanently removed:
Following approval of a deletion request, certain minimal data may be retained in encrypted backup archives for a transitional period of up to 180 days for disaster recovery and security auditing.
Once this 180-day retention window expires, all residual backups are permanently and irreversibly purged from all cloud infrastructure.
All student, guardian, and staff profiles are established and governed by the respective educational institution. The educational institution remains the primary controller of their institutional academic and financial archives.
Academic transcripts, exam marks, and financial receipts previously recorded as part of official school records remain under the jurisdiction of the school authority according to national educational compliance guidelines.
All account deletion requests and communications are encrypted end-to-end via standard HTTPS (TLS 1.3) protocols to safeguard personal data throughout the deletion lifecycle.
